Strategies:  Mikakati:

1. Wageni huweka kitabu + usajili wa barua pepe ya tovuti kwa habari za kila mwezi.
2. Sasisho za kila mwezi za orodha ya barua pepe na sasisho za Instagram / tovuti. Upasuaji wa kisasa na wa kufurahisha na wa watoto sio wa zamani na wa mazishi.
3. Pata ukurasa wa wafadhili unaotumika kwenye tovuti ya Selian – badilisha benki ikiwa ni lazima.

Suggestions: Mapendekezo

1. Wageni Ishara kutoka langoni (Karibu Wageni – Selian anapenda wageni) kwenye chumba cha vitabu vya wageni. Saini kitabu kilichotembelewa na upate beji.

1. Jarida la Selian kwa wafadhili wote kila tarehe 1 ya mwezi.

1. Anzisha ukurasa wa mfadhili na uunganishe kwenye jarida. Pia tuma mawasilisho kwa wabunifu wa ndani wa kurasa za Instagram na wavuti – unataka kuonekana kama Mwafrika wa kisasa na rafiki kwa wafadhili na kujivunia.

Roles and Incentives: Majukumu na Motisha 

1. Motisha ni sawa na orodha ya motisha ya wafadhili kwa wote. Kwa hivyo Teddy na Allen na Light na Macha huunda orodha za wafadhili au waandike barua pepe na wapate $ kisha wapate motisha. .

1. Pamoja na $20 USD kwa kila mkutano kwa Teddy na Teddy hulipwa $5 kwa kila video. Amon, Allen na Teddy wanalipwa bonasi za $ (zitajadiliwa) kwenye miradi mikuu ya wafadhili iliyofaulu..

Teddy Allen Macha and Light Letion 

Aim: 

1. Build an 80/20 donor list
2. Videos/talk to donors monthly 
3. Improve donor giving money systems.

Why: Kwa nini

Strategies:  Mikakati:

1. Visitors book + web email registration for monthly news.
2. Monthly news to email list and improve Instagram / website.  Modern and fun and child surgeries not old and funeral. 
3. Get a donor page working on website – change banks if we have to.  

Suggestions:

1. Visitors Signage from gate (Karibu visitors – Selian loves visitors ) to visitor book room. Sign visited book and get a badge. 
2. Selian Newsletter to go out to all donors each month 1st of month.  
3. Get donor page working and connect newsletter to it.  Plus call for submissions for local designer for Instagram and web pages – you want to look authentic modern African and child friendly and donor proud. 

Major Donor Projects:

1. More child surgeries- locally via outreach Maggie once donor program starts – prepare price lists
2. Tar all car park (left and right) to reception to match new road
3. Organise modern signage and maps throughout – remove old and unwanted
4. Paint and child friendly reception with tv’s and diagnosis rooms 
5. Child friendly painted picture wards and toys and light music
6. Modern cleaning equipment
7. Computerised checklists for all staff – eg cleaners room allocated jobs
8. 3rd level eye service and ?? above laboratory completed. 
9. Child mouth care.
10. Tvs outside theatre for relatives
11. Visitors reception and video training area
12. banking facilities on web
13. CT Scanner
14. Sleeping quarters of world class standard for
    1. Far away Parents to stay
    2. Visiting overseas doctors
    3. Paying Visitors quarters
    4. Outreach workers
    5. Doctors / Nurses on double shifts
15. Increased vegetable garden – to include more vegetables, fruit and eggs

Roles and Incentives: 

1. Incentives are exactly as per donor incentive list for all. So Teddy and Allen and Light and Macha build donor lists or write emails and get $ then they earn incentives.  
2. Plus $20 USD per meeting for Teddy and Teddy is paid $5 per video.  Amon, Allen and Teddy are paid $ bonuses (to be agreed) on successful major donor projects.

Allen: Run and responsible 

Teddy: The face to Selian Donors Friendly, African, Highly skilled 

Light: And Light may need support if this takes off.  She communicates to donors for Selian 

Amon: does his charisma magic to main donors.  It’s personal letters to main donors. 

Macha: IT / Donor page / Email list and send out (Mailchimp) and liaise with local designer
